PhysioCall created SOOPP+ to give families an affordable, structured way to help children address pain early, remain active and improve their quality of life. SOOPP+ is for children currently attending school. It includes five 30-minute physiotherapy treatments dedicated to reducing pain and improving wellbeing, fitness and quality of life. It may help when a child is injured, unwell, experiencing an accident-related problem or managing a chronic issue that affects wellbeing or fitness. It can also support children who want to reduce their risk of pain or injury.

SOOPP+ (Stay Out Of Pain Plan) is PhysioCall’s prepaid physiotherapy pack for school-aged children. It provides:
Five dedicated treatments: Five 30-minute physiotherapy consultations for a school-aged child.
For active young people: Children who play sport or musical instruments, read, study, game and want to perform at their best.
Early, structured support: Care that may help with injury, illness, accident-related problems or chronic issues affecting wellbeing or fitness.
Each child’s care is based on their presentation and goals. SOOPP+ can also support families who want to take a proactive approach to reducing the risk of pain or injury.
How does SOOPP+ work?
SOOPP+ is a five-session prepaid pack designed to make physiotherapy more affordable and straightforward for families.
Purchase upfront: All five sessions are purchased and paid for in advance.
Manual assignment: Clinic staff verify payment and assign the $475 pack to the correct eligible recipient’s Cliniko case. Sessions are recorded one at a time.
Claim after treatment: A pack receipt is not a treatment invoice. Ask the clinic about applicable private-health or EPC arrangements; this does not promise a rebate or permit claiming twice.
One recipient: The pack is not shared. A recipient change before first use is arranged with staff; after use begins, a requested change requires clinic review.
School eligibility: The recipient declares primary or secondary school education, not university. No pack expiry.
