Three distinct five-consultation packs

SOOPP: five consultations for AUD475, paid upfront (AUD95 per consultation). For clients who declare that they are in primary or secondary school education; university students are not eligible under this offer.

GOOPP: five consultations for AUD550, paid upfront (AUD110 per consultation).

Promotional GOOPP: five consultations for AUD495, paid upfront (AUD99 per consultation). Promotional purchases close at 11:59:59pm Brisbane time on 31 January 2027. Purchasing closes then; consultations already purchased do not expire.

All three packs contain five consultations and have no expiry. Bookings remain subject to clinic availability. These online purchase options are upfront payments only; no automatic instalments are offered in this first release.

Payment and assignment

Pay securely through Stripe. After payment, clinic staff verify the purchase and contact you to assign the pack to the correct client's Cliniko case. Keep your payment reference. A purchase confirmation is not a treatment invoice or an automatically activated patient portal. Contact [email protected] for assignment or purchase help.

Manual gift arrangement

You may buy for yourself, your child or a gift recipient. Tell the clinic privately who will use the pack before the first consultation. The purchaser and recipient may be different people; school eligibility for SOOPP applies to the recipient. The pack is assigned to one verified recipient and is not shared between people. A change of recipient before first use is arranged with clinic staff; after use begins, any requested change requires clinic review. This release has no automatic gift delivery or redemption link.

Cancellations

Cancel at least four hours before the appointment start time to avoid a pack deduction. Cancelling less than four hours before, or not attending, consumes one consultation unless staff approve an exceptional-circumstances waiver. A waived deduction is documented by staff. This does not override applicable consumer rights.

Discretionary change-of-mind refunds

For an approved discretionary change-of-mind refund, used consultations lose the pack discount and are priced at the standard consultation rate recorded at purchase (currently AUD125). Used consultations include completed consultations, cancellations less than four hours before the appointment and no-shows, except deductions expressly waived by staff. An AUD50 administration fee applies. The proposed calculation is amount paid minus used consultations at that recorded rate minus AUD50, with the refund no lower than zero. A zero calculation does not create an additional debt.

Clinic staff review requests and documented waivers before calculating any discretionary refund. Counting a late cancellation or no-show as used for pack/refund purposes does not mean treatment occurred or create a treatment invoice, rebate entitlement or practitioner commission. Disputed services, statutory remedies and other special circumstances require separate clinic review. No refund is automated by this launch.

Your rights and remedies under Australian Consumer Law are not limited by this discretionary policy. The discretionary administration fee and repricing must not be used to deny a remedy you are entitled to under that law. Contact [email protected] to discuss a refund.

Treatment invoices and claims

The clinic handles treatment invoices separately after the relevant appointment. A pack purchase receipt alone is not a claim-ready treatment invoice. Ask the clinic about applicable private-health or EPC arrangements before claiming; this wording does not promise a rebate or permit claiming the same treatment twice.
