Sessions are delivered at 25 Philip Street, South Gladstone - PhysioCall Gladstone Clinic. Your booking confirmation will clearly state the clinic location.

Does my employer see why I came in?

In most cases, Poseidon Pools CQ referred you, however that does not mean they receive your diagnosis, treatment notes or the specific reason you attended, unless you choose to share that information with them or if you used us to do so.

What if I need more sessions?

Your physiotherapist will discuss options with you, which may include additional employer-funded sessions (subject to approval), private sessions with PhysioCall, or other appropriate pathways.

Can this be used for old injuries?

Yes. Preventative and maintenance care is included, whether your concern is from a recent issue or a long‑standing injury that affects your work or daily activities.

Can I change or cancel my booking?

Yes. You can reschedule or cancel online, subject to the usual notice period. Details will be provided in your booking confirmation email.

Will I get treatment in this booking?

Our role as a physiotherapist health professionals is to assess your concerns, provide a plan of care and set goals with you that may include investigations (like MRI or Xray) or referal to other services, Our service as a standard includes hands on treatment to reduce pain and increase confidence.

Who is this service for?

This is for Poseidon Pools CQ Employees only - if you have not got management approval or do not work for Poseidon Pools CQ, you will be personally responsible for all invoices.
