Check your extras balance
Open your health fund app and check what’s left for physiotherapy, dental, optical and other services covered by your policy.
Prioritise your care and call ahead
Decide which care matters most to you. Contact the relevant providers early to check appointment availability.
Submit outstanding claims
Find invoices for services you’ve already received but haven’t claimed. Submit eligible invoices to your health fund under its claim rules.
Make time to ask for help
If you tend to put your own care last, take this as a prompt to ask for support and make time for the care you need.

Private health rebate challenge
Check what’s left in your extras cover.
Before the year ends, check your remaining physiotherapy benefits and your policy’s benefit year with your insurer. Your cover, limits and provider requirements determine what you can claim.
Your physiotherapist will recommend care suited to your individual needs.
Buying a pack is not an insurance claim.
Your pack purchase receipt is not claimable. The invoice for each actual appointment is emailed after that consultation.
Upload or forward that appointment invoice to your private health app to claim, subject to your cover. A pack does not guarantee a rebate or no out-of-pocket cost.

Does the end of the promotion mean my pack expires?
No. Promotional GOOPP is available to purchase until 31 January 2027. Both packs shown here include five consultations with no expiry.
Who can use SOOPP+?
SOOPP+ is for primary and secondary school students, including home schooling. It is not for university students. The purchase form requires a school-age declaration.
Can I split the payment?
Promotional GOOPP is $495 paid in full upfront. SOOPP+ can be paid in full at $475 or as two payments of $237.50: one today and one automatically 14 days later.
Can I buy a pack as a gift?
You can buy Promotional GOOPP for yourself or as a gift. Enter the intended recipient’s details in the purchase form. SOOPP+ requires the recipient to meet the school-age criteria.
Do I need private health insurance to buy a pack?
No. These are prepaid consultation packs. Any private health claim is separate and depends on your policy. Call the clinic before purchasing if you need help choosing between a pack and a referral or funded-care pathway.
